Hannah Nicole Vineyards & Winery is located at the foot of Mt. Diablo in Contra Costa County, California. As a landmark winery in this part of the prosperous Bay Area, we are keeping alive the century old heritage of winemaking in one of California’s most acknowledged farming communities. The warm summer days, cool nights and howling winds off the nearby Sacramento Delta over our clay-loam soil produce grapes of well-balanced acidity and elegant freshness.
Our Wedding Packages
| The cost of hosting between 50-100 guests starts at $8,000. |

| The pricing for 100 guests or more begins at $6,500. |
| The following items are included: a ceremony site (with a minimum capacity of 100 people, including the Willows), a reception site, one-hour rehearsal the day before, access to the bridal/groom's room, and 1.5 hours for personal decorating prior to the event. The package also includes two 8-ft tables with linens, wine glasses, staff, and a wedding coordinator. |

| In order to accommodate every 20 guests, which includes minors, it's required to provide one case of wine. Alternatively, you may prefer the Estate wine and beer package that includes two wine and two beer options at a flat rate of $65 per person. | |||

Additional Information:
- To secure your preferred date, it’s necessary to provide a signed agreement and a deposit payment equivalent to 25% of the package price. A further payment of 50% of the package price will be due three months ahead of your event, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before your event date.
- To ensure compliance with our policies, we kindly request a certificate of liability insurance worth 1 million dollars from your organization, naming Hannah Nicole Vineyards, LLC as an additional insured party. Please ensure that this is submitted 30 days before your scheduled event. If you require assistance in obtaining this insurance, our sales staff will be pleased to offer their support.
- To reserve the venue for your event, a security deposit of $1,000 is mandatory. The deposit shall be refunded upon completion of the event, provided that no damages or additional charges have been incurred.
- We request that a caterer from our preferred vendor list be utilized. It’s important to note that external food (unless sourced through a licensed caterer) and beverages are prohibited.
Our Preferred Vendors
At Hannah Nicole Vineyards, we place a significant emphasis on quality. We have meticulously screened our professionals to guarantee that we always meet the highest standards of service. While catering is required to be from our preferred vendors, other vendors are recommended but not mandatory. Should you choose one of our preferred vendors, you can trust in the knowledge that you will be expertly taken care of by some of the most skilled industry professionals who have an extensive understanding of our property.
