Wine Club Terms & Conditions
Upon enrolling in The HNV Vine Society, you acknowledge and accept the ensuing terms:
Joining The HNV Vine Society is free of charge.
Membership in the HNV Vine Society requires a minimum commitment of one year, entailing four shipments from the membership’s initiation date.
Cancellation requests made before the subscription’s one-year term will incur charges for the remaining shipments and benefits used. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to wineclub@hnvwines.com and received 30 days before the billing of a club shipment. Members are responsible for all charges billed to their account before the cancellation notice.
To be eligible for wine club benefits, HNV Vine Society membership must remain active and in good standing, with no missed club shipments and a valid credit card on file. Members may opt to ‘Hold’ or ‘Suspend’ a single shipment at a time. Any declined credit cards will result in automatic termination of wine club benefits. It’s worth noting that benefits are non-transferable, and the Wine Club Member must be present to redeem said benefits.

It’s important to note that all shipment prices mentioned are estimates and do not include shipping fees, CRV, and taxes that may apply. Prices, wine selection included in each shipment, and release dates (timing or shipments) are all subject to change. Prior to the Club’s shipment release, your credit card will be billed, and pertinent shipping or will-call details will be communicated via email linked with your account. Members who opt for will-call must retrieve their shipments within 60 days of the release date; otherwise, the Club will ship the package at the member’s expense.
To purchase wine, the person placing the order must be 21 years of age or older and must provide age verification upon delivery. Failure to provide such verification, incorrect address details, or repeated missed delivery attempts may result in the return or redirection of the shipment, with associated costs being the customer’s responsibility. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and shipping regulations may vary based on state laws.
Membership benefits, as outlined, include a complimentary tasting flight or a glass of wine. However, it’s important to note that this benefit is limited to the number of individuals per membership, per visit. Additionally, benefits are non-transferable, and it’s essential for the Wine Club member to be present to redeem their benefits.
Members of The Vineyard are entitled to receive one complimentary bottle of wine per month, per membership account, when visiting the winery. Please note that benefits are NON-TRANSFERABLE, and the respective Wine Club member must be present to redeem their benefits.
The VIP Tasting Experience offered to The Vineyard members is available for a one-time use per membership, during each calendar year. If the benefit remains unused within the calendar year, it does not carry over to the following year. The member and up to seven guests (totaling eight individuals) are eligible for the complimentary experience. However, if fewer than eight guests attend, the remaining balance of guests is forfeited and cannot be utilized on a future date. Availability is subject to change, and advanced reservations are necessary. It’s important to note that individuals must be of 21 years or older to partake in this experience.
The complimentary concert ticket experience available to the Vine and Vineyard Clubs is restricted to a single usage per membership, per calendar year. Failure to utilize the benefit within the calendar year will result in forfeiture of the offer, which cannot be carried over to the subsequent year. The complimentary experience includes admission for the member and one additional guest, totaling two people. If membership is canceled during the calendar year, all concert tickets used will be charged. It’s important to note that concert tickets can be transferred to friends and family but are subject to availability and require advance reservation.
